get car insurance quote
kago asked:

how can I drive the car off the lot if I don’t have insurance? I’m lost…can somebody help me solve this problem? Thank you.
I’m 28…but as you can tell I haven’t a clue about all that goes into buying a car. I just got my license less than a year ago. I got approved for my loan to pay for the car…have to go for my appt at the bank Monday. But I don’t have the insurance…I’ve tried calling about quotes but since I’m a new driver and never had insurance before they said I needed to buy the car before I could get a quote. Is that right, if so how can you drive the car off the lot without insurance. It doesn’t make sense at all. Please help me. I would really appreciate it.

You can’t drive legally without insurance.

A car dealer with some smarts would check to see if you have insurance, especially if you’re buying the car on time, so you’d be responsible for any damages.

I don’t understand why you can’t get a quote. Get a non-owners policy good for property damage, liability and uninsured motorist. After you buy whatever car you make up your mind on and get it registered in your name, you can convert your policy to the car you buy. If that’s to complicated for you, go to the dealership with an adult.

how old are you. you already have some great answers before me. you might be under age to be able to sign a contract……….if it is your age you are going to need a parent or guardian
